Day 1 Odin Adventure Also known as the
‘Norwegian Horse’, Alden is an old and pronounced landmark for sailors along
the coast. It rises almost vertically out of the sea

to the island we tie alongside and make our ascent to the top. After some
refreshments we follow
the trail back to the quay where Aquilo our Swedish 39ft yacht will be waiting
. Enjoy a hearty mariners dinner aboard and a sound nights sleep.
Day 2 An enjoyable
morning sail to Stongfjorden, our home port. A fine home cooked lunch of
traditional fayre served in the Turner House. Built
in 1909 this splendid
villa will be your home and base for our next walk up to Botnastolsvatnet. Following the winding mountain track up to a
lake, dinner is served al fresco the old fashioned way over coals. Then back to
Turner House in the evening summer light .
